RULES AND REGULATIONS
AUBC ANNIVERSARY TOURNAMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS:
- Registration starts at 7:45 am
- Tournament starts at 8:30 am SHARP.
- Be on the court on time or lose by default.
- 2-minute warm-up per game.
- Waterfall System
- Guaranteed 3 games per pair - EXCEPT if teams are seeded or lose by default.
- Levels A, B, C, and D
- Straight 30 points
- No deuce
- Change court at 15 points
- Point-advantage applied:
- 8 points to start for Mixed doubles vs. Men's doubles
- 9 points to start for Women’s doubles vs. Mixed doubles
- 10 points to start for Women’s doubles vs. Men's doubles
- For the teams advancing to the semi-final round, it will be best of 3 sets (21 points), but point-advantage will apply differently:
- 7 points to start for Mixed doubles vs. Men's doubles
- 8 points to start for Women’s doubles vs. Mixed doubles
- 9 points to start for Women’s doubles vs. Men's doubles
- Official Shuttle: Mavis 300 Nylon
- Trophies will be awarded to Champions of each category and medals for the runner-up.
- Non-refundable but transferable 3 days before the tournament.
